➢ Incomplete forms will not be processed.
➢ Only ONE registration form per prospective Student.

ADDMISSON PROCESS

Complete the Registration Process:
➢ Fill in the Registration form
➢ Attach the required documents
➢ Payment of the Registration fee; R600.00
➢ Receive proof of registration and student number within a period of 24 hours.

Admission Process:
➢ Attach Payment agreement form (signed by the account payer)
➢ Attach Certified copy of ID of the Account payer
➢ Payment of the Admission fee.

REQUIRED REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS
Photocopies of all documents must be certified.

➢ Identity Document of the prospective student
➢ Grade 11 Report or grade 12 mid-year report (currently studying towards a South African Grade 12 qualification)
➢ Grade 12 Results or equivalent (Prospective students who have completed NQF Level 4)
➢ Proof of payment of the registration fee.

Registration Process
​
1. A Registration fee of R600.00 is non-refundable.
2. Prospective Students will only be considered for admission on correct completion of this registration form, attachment of Certified Copy of ID or Passport, Certified copy of Academic results and proof of payment of the Registration fee.
3. Tshwane Technical Institution has the right to decline your registration if you do not meet the minimum entry requirements of the Academic course selected in SECTION D, and if the information given is incomplete or dishonest to the best of our knowledge.

Admission of registered students
1. An admin fee is non-refundable; therefore, it is very important to enquire on the eligibility of the admin before paying the Admission fee.
2. A COPY of the deposit slip of the admin fee should be sent to admin@tshwanetechnicalinstitute.co.za, or to the College WhatsApp Number: 068 398 4826 | 062 016 1481
3. Students will be allowed to attend classes, provided that an advanced Tuition fee for the month has been made.
4. Tuition fee is payable in advance on or before the 1st of every month.
5. Students with outstanding fees will be denied entry into the learning classrooms; therefore, it is prudent to ensure that fees are paid on time.
6. No refund will be made on any account of money deposited or paid into the College’s bank account in respect of Enrolment, study materials or Tuition fees, if the student has been admitted already.
7. Over payment of school fees is refundable under strict conditions. Check the correct amount before you pay.
8. Students should observe the College Code of conduct/Policies and not interfere with the normal learning process or disturb the smooth running of the college.
